MY FIRST FAIR FASHION POP-UP SHOP - THE INTERN DIARY

What's it like to be an intern at a fair fashion label.

Hi, I'm Miri and I started as an intern at JAN' N JUNE in October. English & German version From 2nd to 5th of November it was that time again - our fair fashion POP-UP session at B-LAGE Hamburg had started. I was so motivated, excited and didn't understand Jula, who was complaining about all the work that comes with a Pop Up Shop. But then I understood: first of all it was time to pack up. Pack a lot! With great anticipation and two fully loaded cars, we went to the Kampstraße where B-LAGE is located. We were warmly welcomed by Vanessa – the owner. When the current collection was finally steamed and hung up I felt very happy but I also had understood what everyone meant with all that work. Oh boy. There are worlds between offline and online shopping! Until then I had packed a lot of packages and held every single part in my hands. Now we would have direct contact with the customer. You have to feel our organic and recycled fabrics to understand what JAN' N JUNE is all about. So many dear people stopped by. From friends and family, to JAN' N JUNE lovers and loyal B-LAGE customers. The relaxed atmosphere almost made me forget that I was actually there to work. We have chatted, toasted, danced, admired, advised and sweated. Above all, however, we had received a lot of feedback that helps us to change things and further develop our clothes, sizes and our brand. It's interesting how different our items look on different women. Everybody wants to feel good and I am happy our sustainable items work that way. It's nice that we had the opportunity to talk to so many interested and diverse people and to let them participate in our JAN' N JUNE world. Many thanks to the B-LAGE. Many thanks to YOU. Much love, Miri xx

Mein erster POP-UP mit JAN' N JUNE.

Vielen Dank an EUCH. Viel Liebe, Miri XX   P.S. Co-Gründer JAN 'N JUNE Co-Founder Jula & Anna Schals nude /Scarfs nude Sinah also works at JAN 'N JUNE.
