What you will do

• You will be responsible for our customer communication #customerlove
• Support in handling and refunding of returns
• Analyzing and documenting of returns
• Communication with our warehouse
• Organization and support of pop-up shops
• Support in all B2C related matters
  

What you will need

• You should have a fashion, sustainability or economical background.
• Fashion, trends and sustainability is what you believe in.
• You are comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint.
• You will be comfortable in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
• You will be willing to work from your own laptop.
• Candidates must be fluent in English and German (both writing and speaking).

What you will do

• Be responsible for mostly wording and text
• Be responsible for all our newsletters
• Support our photo shootings and video productions
• Create text for packaging, flyers, hangtags, stickers, videos, banners & ads for all our departments
• Supporting with creation of small videos and reels
• Support our marketing team

What you will need

• You should have a communication, sustainability or fashion background.
• You should be good with words.
• You're confident and interested in creating video content.
• Fashion, trends and sustainability is what you believe in.
• You have an in-depth knowledge of Adobe programs. It's a huge advantage if you already know Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
• You are comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint.
• You will be willing to work from your own laptop.
• Candidates must be fluent in English and German (both writing and speaking).

• You’ll help out in areas such as sales, PR, social media, marketing, warehouse, sourcing and product management.
• You will get insights in all areas – transparency is the key!
• You will support us with daily business and making JAN ‘N JUNE grow.

What you will need

• You should have a fashion, sustainability or economical background.
• Fashion and sustainability is what you believe in.
• You are comfortable with Excel, Photoshop and InDesign.
• You will be comfortable in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must be fluent in English and German. It is an advantage if you also speak Polish.
• You will be willing to work from your own laptop.
• You bring six months time for the (mandatory) internship.
