At JAN ‘N JUNE, you have various options to pay your order.
To decide which one is best for you, here is a quick overview about the process and what to expect in case of a return:
Paypal is an online payment method. You’ll need an account to pay with Paypal. If you don’t have PayPal yet please check here for more information: What is PayPal?
In case of a return: As soon as your return reaches our Return Department, we will directly arrange the refund via PayPal.
You can pay by Credit Card via Shopify Payments, which is our payment service provider. Please check here for more information about Stripe.
In case of a return: As soon as your return has reached our Return Department and your return has been checked, we will directly arrange the refund to your Credit Card.
You can transfer the money directly via SOFORT. As soon as we receive the amount, the items will be on the way to you. Please note that the final payment confirmation of SOFORT can take up to two days which can delay the shipment of your order.
In case of a return: As soon as we’ve checked your order, we will transfer the money back to your account. This can take up to 14 days.
Bei JAN ‘N JUNE hast du mehrere Möglichkeiten, deine Bestellung zu bezahlen. Um zu entscheiden, welche für dich am Besten ist, verschaff’ dir einen Überblick über den Prozess und was im Falle einer Retoure passiert:
PayPal ist ein Online Bezahldienstleister. Du registrierst Dich einmalig mit Deinen Bankdaten und kannst zukünftig mit der hinterlegten E-Mail Adresse und Passwort bezahlen. Mehr Info zu PayPal gibt es hier.
Im Falle einer Retoure: Sobald die Retoure bei uns angekommen ist, bearbeiten wir diese und die Rückerstattung erfolgt direkt über PayPal.
Du kannst ganz einfach mit deiner Kreditkarte bezahlen. Abgewickelt wird die Bezahlung über Shopify Payments, unseren Zahlungsdienstleister.
Im Falle einer Retoure: Sobald die Retoure bei uns angekommen ist, bearbeiten wir diese und die Rückerstattung erfolgt direkt auf deine Kreditkarte. Die Rückerstattung kann einige Tage in Anspruch nehmen.
Durch die Zahlungsmethode SOFORT kannst du deine Order direkt per Überweisung bezahlen. Bitte beachte, dass bei der Zahlungsweise SOFORT der Geldeingang bei uns ein bis zwei Tage in Anspruch nehmen kann, wodurch sich der Versand um diesen Zeitraum verzögert. Bei allen anderen Zahlungsarten erfolgt die Zahlungsbestätigung unmittelbar, sodass einem schnellen Versand nichts entgegensteht.
Im Falle einer Retoure: Wir prüfen deine Retoure und erstatten dir dein Geld direkt über unseren Zahlungsdienstleister auf dein Konto- bitte beachte, dass die Rückerstattung bis zu 14 Tage benötigt, bis sie auf deinem Konto sichtbar ist.
