Taxes and Customs

The prices inside the EU may vary as we are obliged to charge you the VAT of the country the parcel will be delivered to.

We do not cover costs for taxes, duties or customs. That's why we sell our products to third party countries (outside the EU) without VAT.
These are in the responsibility of the receiver and due upon receiving your package in the country of destination.

If you wish to return an item from a third party country, please make sure that the package is sufficiently franked and marked as an return according to the specific customs regulations of your country. Please be aware that we can not cover any taxes or customs for returns, in that case your package will be sent back to you.

Return Policy

JAN ‘N JUNE happily accepts unworn, unwashed and unaltered items which you don’t like. Please make sure to leave the original tags attached and to put the return form back in the package for a full refund. We don’t accept worn returns of underwear, socks, tights, earrings and face masks for hygienic reasons.

Living in Germany you have two weeks to decide and return from the day you received your items. If you decide to return a item, you can generate your DHL label in our returns portal - the cost of 5,90€ will be deducted from your refund. Easy-peasy!
You love the style, but it doesn't fit right? No problem - you can exchange it for free for another size within Germany. Simply register the exchange via the returns portal.

Outside Germany you have three weeks to decide and return from the day you received your items. 

In both cases, please register your return in our returns portal. The return shipping costs are payed by you. If you do not use our return label, please choose a service with tracking and insurance because we cannot be liable for any losses or damages. If you wish to return an item from a third party country, please check the information about Taxes and Customs above.

Return process (national & international)

It’s very simple- but will be covered by you as we want to be very transparent and don't want to calculate return costs into our products.

1. Head over to our new returns portal. You can register your return by entering your order number and the mail address you used to place your order. Simply follow the steps to generate your return label. The cost will simply be deducted from your refund. 

2. Send the box (including return form) back to us - if you decide to send it with a carrier of your choice, please use a shipping service with tracking number and insurance to make sure that the parcel reaches us. We can't be liable for any losses or damages. 
In case you've received a faulty or wrong item please make sure to mark the correct return reason in our returns portal, so we can find the best solution for you.

3. As soon as we receive the parcel, the money will be refunded the same way you paid your order. Please be aware that this process can take up to two weeks.

Steuern und Zoll

Wir kommen nicht für Steuern, Zoll und Abwicklungsgebühren im Empfängerland im Zuge des Versandes auf. Die Zahlung liegt in der Verantwortung des Empfängers und wird im Empfängerland fällig. Dies ist der Grund, weswegen wir in Drittländer außerhalb der EU keine Mehrwertsteuer berechnen.

Wenn du eine Retoure aus einem Drittland aufgeben möchtest, stelle bitte sicher, dass das Paket ausreichend frankiert und nach den Zollvorschriften des jeweiligen Landes von außen sichtbar als Retoure markiert ist. Wir können leider nicht für Zollkosten bei Retourensendungen aufkommen, in diesem Fall geht das Paket wieder an dich zurück.

Innerhalb der EU variieren unsere Preise, da wir verpflichtet sind, den jeweiligen Mehrwertsteuersatz nach Lieferland zu berechnen.

Umgang mit Retouren

JAN 'N JUNE nimmt gerne ungetragene, ungewaschene Teile im Originalzustand und mit intakter Verpackung zurück, sterben dir nicht gefallen. Für eine volle Rückerstattung lassen Sie bitte alle Etiketten am Kleidungsstück und lege das Retourenformular wieder mit ins Paket. Aus hygienischen Gründen nehmen wir keine anprobierten Rücksendungen von Unterwäsche, Strümpfen, Strumpfhosen, Ohrringen und Gesichtsmasken an.

Innerhalb Deutschlands hast du 14 Tage Zeit (ab Empfang der Ware), dich zu entscheiden und uns gegebenenfalls die Produkte zurückzuschicken, die du nicht behalten möchtest. In unserem Retourenportal kannst du ganz einfach online dein Retourenlabel erstellen, die Kosten in Höhe von 5,90€ werden einfach mit deiner Erstattung verrechnet.

Außerhalb von Deutschland hast du drei Wochen Zeit, um deine Retoure an uns zu schicken.

Die Kosten der Retoure trägst du in beiden Fällen selbst, da wir den Transparenzgedanken verfolgen und die gestiegenen Retourenkosten ansonsten in unsere Produkte einkalkulieren müssten.

Alle Retouren müssen über unser Retourenportal angemeldet werden.

Retourenprozess (national & international):

1. Du kannst deine Retoure in unserem Retourenportal mit deiner Bestellnummer und Mailadresse anmelden. Beachte bitte, dass es die gleiche Mailadresse sein muss mit der du die Bestellung erhalten hast. Folge den Schritten in unserem Retourenportal, um dein Rücksendelabel zu generieren. Die Kosten werden einfach mit Ihrem Erstattungsbetrag verrechnet.

2. Verpacke deine Rücksendung und sende das Paket inklusive Retourenschein zurück zu uns.
Falls Du eine Fehllieferung oder ein defektes Teil erhalten hast, achte bitte darauf stirbt bei den Retourengründen korrekt anzugeben - so can wir gemeinsam die beste Lösung finden.

3. Sobald wir dein Paket erhalten, prüfen wir deine Retoure und erstatten dir dein Geld. Bitte beachte, dass dieser Prozess bis zu 14 Tage in Anspruch nehmen kann.
