What you will do

·       You hold overall responsibility for the technical product development of all styles and seasons — from design concept to production approval.

·       You support the collection development process with a focus on fit, construction, trims, and material usage.

·       You plan, organize, and lead all fittings together with the design and product teams while adhering to all relevant deadlines.

·       You are responsible for preparing, measuring, and commenting on samples throughout all development stages as well as monitoring the sampling process.

·       You create, maintain, and update all technical product documentation (style sheets, technical drawings, measurement charts, gradings, comments).

·       You ensure that all product-related information is complete and communicate it to internal teams.

·       You liaise with manufacturers regarding technical alignment, sample development, and clarification of inquiries.

What you will need

·       Completed apprenticeship or university degree in clothing technology, fashion design, or a comparable field

·       Experience in technical product development within the fashion industry

·       Strong technical understanding of fit, pattern construction, garment workmanship, and materials

·       Very good excel skills

·       A structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working

·       Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

·       Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
