Widerrufsrecht
Verbraucher haben ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht. Nachfolgend informieren wir Dich über den Umfang und die Ausgestaltung dieses Widerrufsrechtes.
Hinweis: Bitte beachte, dass wir die nachfolgende Widerrufsbelehrung nach dem Mustertext des Gesetzgebers erstellt haben.

(1) Du hast das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.
Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Du oder ein von Dir benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die Waren in Besitz genommen hast bzw. hat, im Falle eines Vertrags über die Lieferung einer Ware in mehreren Teilsendungen oder Stücken, an dem Tag an dem Du oder ein von Dir benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die letzte Teilsendung oder das letzte Stück in Besitz genommen hast bzw. hat.

mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z.B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief, E-Mail) über Deinen Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Du kannst dafür das beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist.
Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Du die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absendest.

(4) Folgen des Widerrufs
Wenn Du diesen Vertrag widerrufst, haben wir Dir alle Zahlungen, die wir von Dir erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Du eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt hast), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Deinen Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Du bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt hast, es sei denn, mit Dir wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden Dir wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet. Wir können die Rückzahlung verweigern, bis wir die Waren wieder zurückerhalten haben oder bis Du den Nachweis erbracht hast, dass Du die Waren zurückgesandt hast, je nachdem, welches der frühere Zeitpunkt ist.
Du hast die Waren unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem Du uns über den Widerruf dieses Vertrags unterrichten, an uns zurückzusenden oder zu übergeben. Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn Du die Waren vor Ablauf der Frist von vierzehn Tagen absendest. Du trägst die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Waren. Bitte schicke uns die Waren an:

Du musst für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Waren nur aufkommen, wenn dieser Wertverlust auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Waren nicht notwendigen Umgang mit ihnen zurückzuführen ist.

(1) You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without a statement of reasons.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party, who has been appointed by you and who is not the carrier, have taken the products into possession or, in case of a contract for the delivery of a product in several partial shipments or pieces, on the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, have taken the last partial delivery or the last piece into possession.

in a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to revoke this contract. To do so, you can use the enclosed sample revocation form, but it is not mandatory to use it.
To observe the revocation period, it is sufficient if you mail the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before expiration of the revocation period.

(4) Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall refund all payments to you that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs incurred because you have chosen a different delivery type than the one offered by us, which is the most efficient standard deliver), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your revocation of this contract was received by us. We will use the same payment instrument for this refund, as the one that you have used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you. You will never be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse to refund the payment until we have received the return of the products or until you have provided prove that you have returned the products, whichever is the earlier date.
You shall return the products to us by shipment or handover in person without delay, whereas in any case, at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you have informed us of the revocation of this contract. The period will be deemed observed if you ship the products before expiration of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs for the return shipment of the products. You have to pay for any loss of value of the products only if this loss of value is due to a handling of the products that is not necessary for the check of their condition, properties and mode of functioning.
