Can you send my parcel to a packing station?

Of course! But as we send our parcels with DHL GoGreen, we only send to DHL packing stations (in Germany).

Please dont forget to enter your post number.

You need it to receive parcels at a packing station or post office. When sending a package there, include your post number in the address’s additional info field.

How can I return an item?

No worries if something doesn’t work for you.

You can return your order within 14 days.

Simply use our return portal with your order number and email.

Follow the steps, get your QR code shipping label, and send the item back. Once we receive and check your return, you’ll be notified and refunded via your original payment method.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags attached.

What about return costs?

Return shipping costs will be simply deducted from your refund by us.

Do you accept returns of sale items?

Yes, we accept returns of unworn and undamaged items - including those from sale and archive sale.

I did not receive a return form. What can I do?

Simply use our return portal with your order number and email.

How will I be notified about my return process?

You’ll get an email when your return arrives. Returns are usually processed in 2-3 days, but can take up to 14. Once checked, your refund will be issued via your original payment method.

I have not received my refund yet. What should I do?

If your return is delayed, email customerlove@jannjune.com. Our team will check for you.

Please not that credit card refunds may take 5-10 days to appear.

How do I return a in-store or marketplace purchase?

In this case please contact the store or marketplace where you bought the item, as they are responsible for returns.

Switzerland

Mein Einkauf

For deliveries to Switzerland, we use our shipping and customs clearance service provider Mein.Einkauf.ch for customs processing and delivery.

This means: we hand over your shipment to MeinEinkauf or its logistics partner. Customs clearance and delivery within Switzerland are then carried out by MeinEinkauf or its service providers.


Important: Your contractual partner remains us, JAN ’N JUNE GmbH. Separate registration with MeinEinkauf.ch is not required for delivery.

For shipping and customs processing, we transmit the necessary shipping and contact details to MeinEinkauf or its service providers.

Returns

Returns from Switzerland:

To ensure that returns and customs processing run as smoothly as possible, returns from Switzerland must be sent exclusively to the following address:

MeinEinkauf will then forward the parcel to our warehouse in Germany.

Cost notice for returns:

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.


Return service via MeinEinkauf:

Please send your return using the MeinEinkauf return service. In this case, return shipping costs from Switzerland of currently CHF 15.90 will apply. This amount will be taken into account accordingly in the refund.


This remains unaffected:

In the case of justified warranty claims (e.g. defect/subsequent performance), we will bear the necessary shipping and return costs - please contact us in advance at customerlove@jannjune.com.

exchanges (Germany only)

Can I exchange an item for another size?

If stock allows you can exchange an item for free within Germany.

How can I proceed with the size exchange?

If stock allows you can proceed with the size exchange via our return portal.

Can I exchange an item from outside Germany?

Unfortunately this is currently not possible.

How can I pay?

At the moment we offer several payment options

Can I buy a gift card?

Of course! Right this way.

What is a pre-order?

Sometimes we're offering pre-orders to make sure to produce the right amount of clothes. You pick your item, pay as usual and we go into production while you are waiting a little bit. Easy peasy and quite sustainable!

BTW, our standard return policy applies to pre-orders, too. You can return the item after you received it within 14 days.

Items will be marked clearly as pre-orders.

Will item xy come back in stock?

Many bestsellers return seasonally. Sign up on the product waitlist to be notified.

If it is not possible to sign up for the waitlist, the item usually is not planned to come back.

my order

A part of my order is missing. What should I do?

If you notice that an item you ordered is missing (so sorry!), please email us at customerlove@jannjune.com.

We will be happy to help you.

I received a wrong item. What should I do?

Sorry, of course this should not happen!

However, you can easily return the style via our return system.

Please have your order number and email address ready and fill out the individual steps.

Afterwards you will receive a QR code, which you can use to send the item back to us - without any return costs, of course.

One of the items I received is damaged. What should I do?

We are so sorry! Of course, we will be happy to help you with this. Please contact our customer love team via customerlove@jannjune.com with a picture of the damaged item.

We are keen to find a solution that works best for you.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. However, you can of course invoke the right of withdrawal and return the order to us.

Can I change my address?

Sadly, the address cannot be changed after the order has been completed.

But if the order has not been processed and shipped yet, we will try our best to change it for you.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Due to high demand we launched the Fixing Fast Fashion Club in 2025. Yay!

What is the Fixing Fast Fashion Club?

Some of our most loyal customers pointed out that we only offer perks to new customers. This made us realize every order with us should be rewarded and we started the FFF Club.

And additionally we want to reward even more sustainable choices such as buying preloved JAN 'N JUNE items and many more.

You are automatically a club member of the Fixing Fast Fashion Club, as you have a regular account within our store.

There are various ways to earn Karma Coins - from receiving them with every order to supporting our values, like repairing your JAN ’N JUNE item or participating in our secondhand shop by buying or selling.
