What you will do

  • You’ll help out in areas such as sales, warehouse, e-commerce, sourcing and product management.
  • You will get insights in all areas – transparency is the key!
  • You will support us with daily business and making JAN ‘N JUNE grow.

What you will need

  • You should have a fashion, sustainability or economical background.
  • Fashion and sustainability is what you believe in.
  • You are comfortable with Excel, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • You will be comfortable in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates must be fluent in English and German. It is an advantage if you also speak Polish.
  • You will be willing to work from your own laptop.
  • You bring six months time for the (mandatory) internship.

OPEN POSITION #2

Assistant Sourcing & Supply Chain Manager (f/m/d) part-time (20h weekly)

at JAN ‘N JUNE Headquarter Hamburg (from mid 02/2026)

Your responsibilities

  • Support the product team in planning and implementing production and delivery timelines
  • Assist the Sourcing & Production Manager in purchasing fabrics and garments, including preparing purchase orders
  • Manage demand planning, ordering, and stock control for trims such as buttons, zippers, and labels
  • Maintain and update product data
  • Create care label and hangtag sticker layouts
  • Organize and file production-related documents
  • Coordinate parcel traffic between Headquarters and production sites
  • Collect and organize supply chain information to ensure full transparency
  • Support the sustainability manager in all sustainability-related matters within the company, such as: Manage all GOTS-related documentation; Preparing figures for the annual sustainability report; Assist in preparing for the annual GOTS audit
  • Collaborate closely with other departments such as Product Development, Sales, E-Commerce, and Marketing

Your profile

  • Background in business management, sustainability or fashion
  • Minimum of one year of relevant working experience 
  • Interest in sustainability-driven global supply chains
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Knowledge of textiles, materials, and garment manufacturing processes is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and flexible in your tasks 
  • Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Willingness and ability to work five days a week
  • Fluent in English and German; Polish, Portuguese or Turkish skills are an advantage
