Unfortunately, we don't have our own store (yet). Luckily though, there are many, many wonderful stores offering JAN 'N JUNE pieces for you. Take a look at our store locator to find a retailer close by.
Unfortunately, there is no way to try on or pick up pieces at our office, as our warehouse is disconnected from our office.
Of course! You can get them here and decide, if you want to print it yourself or send it directly to the person you want to be good to.
ORDER
If you notice that an item you ordered is missing (so sorry!), please email us at customerlove@jannjune.com. We will be happy to help you.
Sorry, of course this should not happen! However, you can easily return the style via our return system. Please have your order number and email address ready and fill out the individual steps. Afterwards you will receive a QR code, which you can use to send the item back to us - without any return costs, of course.
We are so sorry! Of course, we will be happy to help you with this. Please contact our customer love team via our return portal. You will need your order number and the email address you used to place the order with. Please complete the individual steps in the return portal and upload pictures of the defect. Afterwards, our team will contact you and provide you with more information. Please don’t send faulty items back before you have contacted us.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. However, you can of course invoke the right of withdrawal and return the order to us. In this case, the return shipping costs will not be covered from our side.
Sadly, the address cannot be changed after the order has been completed. But if the order has not been processed and shipped yet, we will try our best to change it for you. In this case, please send an email asap to customerlove@jannjune.com.
Lucky you - yes, that is possible! Please visit our return portal and return the size that does not fit. At the same time, you can also select the new size to be sent to you as an exchange. At the moment we can only offer an exchange for another size, but we are working on the possibility to exchange into other colors and styles as well. Stay tuned!
All you need for the return portal is your order number and the email address you used to place the order with. Simply follow the steps and you will soon receive your JNJ item in the right size – yay! Best thing: return and shipping costs for exchanges are on us!

Of course! But as we send our parcels with DHL GoGreen, we only send to DHL packing stations (in Germany). If you have any doubts or questions, please contact customerlove@jannjune.com
Transparency is our mantra. Therefore we rather show you what the price for shipping is than simply calculate it into every single item making them more expensive. Nevertheless, we’re constantly working on establishing better shipping conditions for you. If you’re interested in receiving our newsletter, subscribe to get free shipping on your first order (in Germany).

Sad story… Of course we would like you to fall in love with every item you order. But we got you - it's no problem to return the styles you don’t want to keep. We have our new return portal, which makes the return process as easy as possible for you. All you need for the return portal is your order number and the email address you used to place the order with. Simply follow the steps and send the item back to us. You will receive the shipping label as a QR code directly afterwards.
As soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse, you will get a notification via email. After your return has been checked, we will refund the amount via the payment method you used to pay.
You will receive an email as soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse. We will then process your return as soon as possible - this usually takes 2- 3 working days. Still: please note that returns can take up to 14 days (we’re still a small team!). Once your return has been checked and processed, we will refund your money the same way you paid for it.
We are sorry that your return is taking a little longer. To clarify the issue, please email us at customerlove@jannjune.com and include your tracking number and the shipping company. This will allow us to easily resolve the issue.
Did you pay by credit card in our online shop? Then this may be the reason the refund takes a little longer. If you paid by credit card, it can sometimes take between 5-10 days until the refund amount is credited to your account.
In this case, JAN 'N JUNE only acts as the producer of the item and not as the retailer. Therefore, we ask you to contact the retail/online marketplace where you purchased the item from us directly. According to legal requirements, the retailer is responsible for the complaint.
PRODUCT
On our fitting 'n sizes page you will find our standard body measurements that we use for the construction of our products. Additionally, each item in the store has its own sizing chart under the "fit" section on the product page, which you should definitely take a look at. If you are still unsure, drop us a line! Our customerloving crew knows best how each piece fits and looks like.
Many of our best sellers come back to the store on a seasonal base. For all products that are coming back, you can sign up for the waitlist on the product page and we will notify you when your favorite piece is available. For all pieces without a waitlist, it's worth checking in with us every now and then, maybe the style has come back into the store via a return. Again, feel free to contact us! Our customerloving crew knows best what your chances are that a certain piece will come back.
Most of our clothing is vegan :) With the exception of our recycled cashmere collection and our recycled wool styles, which contain animal fibers.
The most important rule: don't overcare! The less the product is stressed by cleaning, the better it is for the material. You can find detailed care instructions under the Care tab below each product on our website.
SUSTAINABILITY
We love transparency and therefore want to guarantee you direct access to the materials we use. At the same time, we are always looking for new, sustainable and innovative materials and alternatives. Take a look at our material portfolio and have a closer look at the materials and their properties.
Keep your friends close is our motto when it comes to our suppliers. On the one hand, we have been working with some suppliers for many years and have built up a friendly relationship over time. On the other hand, we value that our suppliers and producers are virtually around the corner. That is why most of our suppliers are located in Poland and Portugal. On our Manufacturers Map you can get a more detailed overview.
We try to visit our producers at least twice a year. This rhythm fits very well, so we can always discuss the current collections with the suppliers. Of course, like almost
everywhere else in the last few years, this has not been possible due to COVID-19. But now we are even happier and grateful that this is possible again.
GENERAL
The name JAN ‘N JUNE has its origin in the months of birth of our founders: Jula was born in JANuary, Anna in JUNE.
YES! JAN 'N JUNE as a company is GOTS certified since July 2021. Still, this process takes some time, so we won't be able to offer only GOTS certified products from now on. However, we promise (as always!) to act as sustainably as possible in every process and to use only certified fabrics for our products for example. In addition, we only work with production facilities that are either GOTS certified or small family businesses that are not (yet) certified, but with whom we have a close relationship of trust. Thanks for your interest! Since it’s not too long ago that we had to write thesises, we know it is really frustrating not to get an interview with a company.
