Look at this darling!

CANCUN is our crop top with square neck - simply beautiful. We decided to make it of our super comfy neoprene-like fabric made from recycled polyamide
The feel of the material is comparable to that of a bikini, therefore the handle of the material is rather stable but thin and flexible

BTW: CANCUN is the shorter version of our top MERIDA.

65% recycled polyamide/recyceltes Polyamid (certified), 35% elastane/Elastan

CANCUN is made of recycled polyamide - very easy to take care of:

  • Wash up to 30°C
  • no softener
  • no ironing (no wrinkles anyway, we promise!).

To avoid microplastics floating from your washing machine to the seas, please use a Guppyfriend washing bag

Our model Sofiya (first pictures) is 1,75m tall and wears size S.
Our Model Borte is 1,75m tall and wears size S.
By the way: the material is very stretchy!

1. design

Our founders Anna and Jula still do all of the design work themselves. They are mastering that challenge, despite living in two different countries. Luckily they're pros at long-distance teamwork.

So the design process is split between Hamburg and Dubai.

2. raw material

Virgin polyamide is based on oil and is not sustainable. Therefore, we stick to recycled polyamide. The company Econyl® uses garbage from the oceans and old fishing nets as a base for their material. The garbage is cleaned, cut, melted and made into new amazing yarn. How cool is that? To find out more -check out our material guide here. The recycling process and production of the polyamide takes place in Slovenia. The elastane is made in Northern Ireland.

3. yarn production

No matter which fibers we are talking about, they have to be spun into a yarn for further production steps.

The yarn production takes place in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

4. fabric production

The next step of our Supply Chain is to knit the yarn into a fabric.
The fabric production is located in Bergamo, Italy.

5. manufacturing

That's where all the magic happens!
Our manufacturers receive the patterns, fabrics, and other components like buttons or zippers and make them into a garment.

This piece is made in Wroclaw, Poland.

6. distribution

As some of you may remember, we used to do the shipping and warehouse management in our Headquarter in Hamburg by ourselves - yes, that was a lot of work!

Since 2020 we are working with our amazing logistics partner Livipur, which is located in Bad Homburg, Germany
