53% Cupro // 47% EcoVero™

EcoveroTM is the sustainable alternative to viscose from Lenzing. The raw material is cellulose, which is obtained from renewable sources such as wood and pulp. Its production causes 50% less emissions and water pollution than conventional viscose. The wood comes from controlled cultivation in Europe and is FSC® and PEFCTM certified. Lenzing also offers full transparency of the supply chain so that the used raw materials can be traced. The material has a silky, shiny look and is comfortable to wear on the skin.

Want to learn more about the materials we use? Head over to our materials site!

This item is made of EcoVero™ - supersoft, supersustainable and a bit delicate, so please handle with care:

  • gentle wash up to 30°C
  • mild detergent (without enzymes, no softener)
  • use a washing bag to protect the garment from zippers (and other mean things) being in the same washing machine

EcoVero™ items can shrink up to 4% by the first wash!

1. design

Our founders Anna and Jula still do all of the design work themselves. They are mastering that challenge, despite living in two different countries. Luckily they're pros at long-distance teamwork.

So the design process is split between Hamburg and Dubai.

2. raw material

While shopping slow and fair fashion pieces, we don't want you to miss out on the comfort and elegance of viscose. So let us introduce you to ECOVERO™: The austrian fiber supplier Lenzing AG has a sustainable take on viscose, based on renewable wood from certified sources. Once you go sustainable, you never go back Check out the details here.

The ECOVERO™  for this piece of clothing was produced in Austria.

3. yarn production

No matter which fibers we are talking about, they have to be spun into a yarn for further production steps.

The yarn production takes place in Bursa, Turkey.

4. fabric production

The next step of our Supply Chain is to weave the yarn into a fabric.
The fabric production is located in Bursa, Turkey.

5. manufacturing

That's where all the magic happens!
Our manufacturers receive the patterns, fabrics, and other components like buttons or zippers and make them into a garment.

This piece is made in Poland.

6. distribution

As some of you may remember, we used to do the shipping and warehouse management in our Headquarter in Hamburg by ourselves - yes, that was a lot of work!

Since 2020 we are working with our amazing logistics partner Livipur, which is located in Bad Homburg, Germany
