So, apparently everyone is getting married and you’re attending. What a great time to wear a two-piece!

For the bottom part we love love love our midi skirt SUKI. SUKI is high waisted, has a midi length and is closed via a hidden zipper in the side seam.

The skirt matches our blouse MEENA perfectly but if you want to show off more, match with the LEEVKE top as in the pictures.

And after all the weddings to attend and speeches to give SUKI also likes a simple white tee and sneaker. Just saying, because you know we are proud outfit repeater.

This beautiful dead stock fabric is made from 100% recycled PET waste while feeling silky on your skin and being vegan. Now it got even more sustainable by getting - literally - another time to shine.

100% recycled polyester made out of deadstock

SUKI is made of recycled polyester (a.k.a. plastic bottles)- a sustainable choice and easy to take care of:

  • wash up to 30°C
  • use a washing bag to protect the silky fabric
  • no softener
  • no ironing (no wrinkles anyway, we promise!).

To avoid microplastics floating from your washing machine to the seas, please use a Guppyfriend washing bag.

Our Model Mia is 1,75m tall and is wearing size S.

1. design

Our founders Anna and Jula still do all of the design work themselves. They are mastering that challenge, despite living in two different countries. Luckily they're pros at long-distance teamwork.

So the design process is split between Hamburg and Dubai.

2. raw material
This is a deadstock woven fabric made from 100% recycled polyester. Most often recycled polyester is made out of industrial waste or post-consumer plastics like PET bottles.
The products had been grinded, melted and afterwards extruded into new fibers.

The fabric is made from PET waste in Italy.

3. yarn production

No matter which fibers we are talking about, they have to be spun into a yarn for further production steps.

The yarn production takes place in Turkey,Bursa.

4. fabric production

The next step of our Supply Chain is to weave the yarn into a fabric.
The fabric production is located in Turkey,Bursa.

5. manufacturing

That's where all the magic happens!
Our manufacturers receive the patterns, fabrics, and other components like buttons or zippers and make them into a garment.

This piece is made in Wroclaw, Poland.

6. distribution

As some of you may remember, we used to do the shipping and warehouse management in our Headquarter in Hamburg by ourselves - yes, that was a lot of work!

Since 2020 we are working with our amazing logistics partner Livipur, which is located in Bad Homburg, Germany
