Taxes and Customs

The prices inside the EU may vary as we are obliged to charge you the VAT of the country the parcel will be delivered to.

We do not cover costs for taxes, duties or customs. That's why we sell our products to third party countries (outside the EU) without VAT.
These are in the responsibility of the receiver and due upon receiving your package in the country of destination.

If you wish to return an item from a third party country, please make sure that the package is sufficiently franked and marked as an return according to the specific customs regulations of your country. Please be aware that we can not cover any taxes or customs for returns, in that case your package will be sent back to you.

Return Policy

JAN ‘N JUNE happily accepts unworn, unwashed and unaltered items which you don’t like. Please make sure to leave the original tags attached and to put the return form back in the package for a full refund. We don’t accept worn returns of underwear, socks, tights, earrings and face masks for hygienic reasons.

Living in Germany you have two weeks to decide and return from the day you received your items. If you decide to return a item, you can generate your DHL label in our returns portal - the cost of 5,99€ will be deducted from your refund. Easy-peasy!
You love the style, but it doesn't fit right? No problem - you can exchange it for free for another size within Germany. Simply register the exchange via the returns portal.

Outside Germany you have three weeks to decide and return from the day you received your items. 

In both cases, please register your return in our returns portal. The return shipping costs are payed by you. If you do not use our return label, please choose a service with tracking and insurance because we cannot be liable for any losses or damages. If you wish to return an item from a third party country, please check the information about Taxes and Customs above.

For customers from Switzerland: In order to make the shipping and customs clearance of your return as easy as possible for all parties, we work together with Please send your return to the following adress in Switzerland:

Afterwards will send the return to Germany, to our warehouse. The remaining amount of 15.90€ (for the return shipment to our warehouse in Germany and the handling fee) will be deducted from your refund. Easy-peasy!

Return process (national & international)

It’s very simple- but will be covered by you as we want to be very transparent and don't want to calculate return costs into our products.

1. Head over to our new returns portal. You can register your return by entering your order number and the mail address you used to place your order. Simply follow the steps to generate your return label. The cost will simply be deducted from your refund. 

2. Send the box (including return form) back to us - if you decide to send it with a carrier of your choice, please use a shipping service with tracking number and insurance to make sure that the parcel reaches us. We can't be liable for any losses or damages. 
In case you've received a faulty or wrong item please make sure to mark the correct return reason in our returns portal, so we can find the best solution for you.

3. As soon as we receive the parcel, the money will be refunded the same way you paid your order. Please be aware that this process can take up to two weeks.
